- What is a Promo code?
A promo code is a unique code which allows you to get complimentary access.
Please sign up before MMDD, 2023 to enjoy full year access. The promo code is for one-time use only. If you forget your code, please contact [XXXXXXXXX].
**The registration will be open until [YYYY MM DD] or until fully subscribed.
- How many months is this complimentary access? Is it autorenewal?
Your subscription starts on the day of sign-up and will be available for 12 months. It will not automatically continue unless you sign up for a paid subscription plan.
- Will I be charged?
Your subscription is complimentary. Even after your complimentary access expires, you will not be charged unless you purchase a paid subscription plan through our “Subscription” page.
Access the "Your account" page and click "Manage Newsletter Preferences" at the bottom of "Profile & Newsletters" tab.
Update your preferences and click the "Save" button.
- How do I manage my newsletter settings?
Click the "Log In" button at the top of the webpage and type in your email address and password.
If you are not able to log in, check if you used a different email address or password to register. If you forgot your password, you can reset your password via the "Forgot password?" link located in the Login window
- I cannot log in to the website.
You can reset your password from the "Forgot password?" link located in the Login window. You will receive an email at your registered email address that contains a link to the “Change password” feature. This process is only possible through the website.
- I have forgotten my password.
