Q: How many keywords can I register?

A: You can register up to 10 keywords and manage keywords anytime.

Q: Can I manage the keywords I set before?

A: You can manage keywords from My News page.

Q: Is there any difference if I register the keywords in uppercase or lowercase letters?

A: Uppercase and lowercase letters do not affect the search, but please make sure to register keywords in half-width alphanumeric characters.

Q: Should the company name be registered with its official name?

A: Please register the name used in articles in Nikkei Asia

Q: Are operators and wildcard characters accepted?

A: We don’t accept operators and wildcard characters as keywords.

Q: Can a series of words be accepted?

A: If you register a series of words with spaces, you can register as keywords.

eg: Japanese tech ⇒ My News will curate articles including the series of words “Japanese tech.”

My News mail setting

Q: Can I change the time and frequency of My News mail?

A: My News mail is sent once a day when keywords appear in the latest articles. You cannot change the email schedule.

Q: Is My News Mail delivered daily without fail?

A: If there are no new articles related to the keywords you've registered, you will not receive an email.

Q: Are the articles saved on the app displayed in My News?

A: No, the app does not support My News.

Q: What happens to My News if I cancel my subscription?

A: If you cancel your subscription, you won't be able to access your My News page. However, if you subscribe again, your registered keywords will be restored.
